Background

Bruce specializes in selling condominiums, townhouses, and apartment buildings in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and Gold Coast neighborhoods. He has worked with many first time buyers as well as investors. In addition to selling real estate, Bruce is also an active real estate investor. He owns numerous rental condominiums. Bruce is also a computer enthusiast, and has been described by more than one client as the most tech-savvy realtor they’ve ever met.

Bruce received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School, in Chicago. He graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign with a B.S. in Real Estate Finance. He is also a graduate of the Commercial Pilot Training Program at the University of Illinois’ Institute of Aviation. Bruce is originally from Evanston, Illinois. He has lived in Lincoln Park for the last 15 years. In his spare time, Bruce is an avid boater and can frequently be found on his power boat in Chicago’s Diversey Harbor.
