Training

New Agent Orientation - new agents will immediately receive a new agent orientation consisting of training from a variety of sources, including the Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) Multiple Listing Service, the Chicago Association of Realtors, and one-on-one guidance of owner and top producer, Bruce Theobald.

Intensive Basic Training - following your new agent orientation, you will receive a variety of training, some classroom, some on audio CD's, and some on DVD's from a variety of sources, including industry super-star trainers Howard Brinton and Brian Buffini. All of this is designed to get you up, running, and successful in the shortest amount of time.

Advanced Training - in real estate, like any other field, the learning never stops. We are constantly search out and invest in the finest training programs available in the industry, and you will benefit as a result.

Mentoring Opportunity Directly With Bruce Theobald - Bruce is a three-time Platinum Award winner from the RE/MAX Organization.
