1960 Lincoln Park West, also known as Lincoln Park Tower, is located on the southwest corner of Clark Street and Armitage Avenue in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. The building is at the tip of the Old Town Triangle sub-neighborhood.

1960 Lincoln Park West has a large outdoor pool, an indoor health club, a dry cleaner, and a 24 hour doorman for security. The building also has a large party room on the top floor with fantastic views of downtown. The building has studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. The east Lincoln Park location offers excellent access to downtown via public transportation. Two bus lines stop right in front of the building, and another two bus lines are only a short walk away.
